The yo yo one may be a bit of a rip off, I'm pretty sure the unreal one lets you earn 50k or more before you pay royalties, then it's 25%. and a $100 fee to release your creation to them. Download it for free as well!
there's a bunch of places if you look around, and to be honest it can be a heck of a lot easier than dealing with some coders.
I'm looking into this myself, but as you say, points 6 and 7 are the big ones. very few games make any real profit. Doing it for fun though is defo the way to go.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00939650455253722821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1904130521894400531.post-46535812938490543932012-02-13T22:27:30.629+00:002012-02-13T22:27:30.629+00:00Hey Matt, quite a timely post as I've been thi...Hey Matt, quite a timely post as I've been thinking about writing\making a game a lot recently. My last attempt was on the Amiga... so it's been a while.

I was thinking of using something like this (once it's released) http://www.yoyogames.com/gamemaker/studio to hopefully make a funny point and click adventure. Do you have any experience with these type of tools, or know anything better to use for iPad development?

Sadly I think 6 and 7 are the biggest hurdles to overcome.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15413724387924011429noreply@blogger.com
